By approving the final proof, the customer confirms that all text, layout, images, colors, quantities, and material choices are correct. Production will begin immediately after approval and changes may no longer be possible.
Any reprints required due to customer-approved errors will be billed as a new job.

If artwork requires adjustments or corrections, additional charges may apply. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring they have the legal right to use all submitted graphics, images, or logos.
Digital proofs are intended to verify layout, text, and image placement — not exact color accuracy. Variations between digital screens and printed products are normal due to differences in monitors, printers, inks, and materials.
While EM Visions makes every reasonable effort to match colors, we do not guarantee exact color matching between proofs and the final printed product. Application of coatings (e.g., UV, matte, gloss, lamination) may alter the appearance of colors.
A small degree of variation shall be considered acceptable and does not constitute a defect.
All turnaround and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by file issues, late approvals, or shipping carriers are beyond EM Visions control.
Expedited production or shipping requests may incur additional fees.
All materials, logos, designs, and content on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
The customer is solely responsible for obtaining legal rights or permissions to use copyrighted or trademarked materials provided for printing. EM Visions reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on another party’s intellectual property.
All artwork created by EM Visions remains the intellectual property of EM Visions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
You are solely responsible for any text, images, or other materials (“Content”) you upload or provide. You agree not to submit or use our services for any materials that are:
EM Visions reserves the right to reject or remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise approved in writing. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, e-transfer, or approved business invoicing. EM Visions reserves the right to withhold or delay delivery for unpaid balances.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. Cancellations are subject to administrative and processing fees.
If design work or proofs have already been completed, associated costs (design time, file preparation, etc.) will be deducted from any refund.
Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Because all products are custom-made, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases where EM Visions verifies a production error directly caused by our team.
